The Bluebird Tour Program provides life enriching and fun travel experiences for all residents age 55 and older who reside in Prince William County and the cities of Manassas and Manassas Park. Tour Schedules A Bluebird Trip can range from one afternoon to several days and the itineraries appeal to a wide array of interests and tastes. Previous trips include dinner theatres, Washington D.C. points of interest, New York City, and many others! Schedules are printed quarterly, and are available at many locations throughout the County: the Agency’s Administrative Office, Manassas Senior Center, Woodbridge Senior Center, libraries, recreation centers, and retirement communities. Some of the popular trips sell out quickly!
Reservations commence on the date listed under each tour destination in this schedule. You can either BOOK ONLINE or by telephone at (703) 339-0333, beginning at 8:00 a.m. Any of our friendly office staff can take your reservation. Reservation will be taken until the listed final reservation date, or until the tour is full. One day tours must have a minimum of twenty persons to run and an overnight tour must have a minimum of thirty persons to run. All tours will take place on a Quality Tour Transport Motor Coach.
Three (3) days after the initial reservation date, remaining space will be open to residents over 18 years of age as well as groups from Prince William County as well as all neighboring counties. To ensure a reservation, all admission and/or bus fares must be paid within full 14 days after the reservation date or your reservation will be canceled.

We ask that you indicate the date(s) of the trip on the check to discourage any mistakes in posting.
If you pay by cash, you must present the exact amount. Payment can also be made by credit card. Trip money will be accepted as soon as the reservation has been confirmed. Please refer to the Bluebird Tour Program Policy Manual for full details of the policies governing the Bluebird Program. You may pick up a copy at the Manassas or Woodbridge Senior Center, the Central Office of the Agency on Aging.

Payments for trips are due within two weeks of the reservation date; check, exact cash, money order or credit card is accepted. If you do not make your payment within those two weeks your name will be dropped from the reservation list. No notice is required to be given from the Tour Coordinator if your name is dropped from the reservation list if no payment is made.
A refund will only be given if there is someone on the “standby list” to take your space, or in the event that the Tour Coordinator can secure a full refund from the vendor.
In the event that you need to cancel your reservation, please call the Quality Tour and speak with one of the agents handling the Bluebird Tours program. All cancellations are subject to an administrative fee of $5.00 for day trips and $10.00 for overnight trips. The Bluebird Tour Program highly suggests Trip Cancellation Insurance for the longer more costly trips.
