1. PayPal is an electronic payment system that allows you to pay through the use of your PayPal account or through the PayPal Web site.
2. If the status of your Paypal transaction shows as "Payment Review", reservation is not confirmed until cleared receipt of the payment. In case of any price changes at the time of confirmation, we will notify you of the price change and ask your acceptance before processing your order. Your shopping cart will be expired after 10 min. Please remit payment as soon as possible.
Payment Policy: Payments for trips are due two weeks of making the reservation. If you do not make your payment within 14 days, your name can be dropped from the reservation list without notice. Receipts for payments can be emailed. When making your payment, request a receipt by providing an active email address. If you don't have email, request a confirmation be mailed.

We ask that you issue a check for each tour booked and indicate the date of the tour on each check. If you pay by cash, you must present the exact amount. Payment can also be made by credit card. Trip money will be accepted as soon as the reservation has been confirmed. Please refer to the Bluebird Tour Program Policy Manual for full details of the policies governing the Bluebird Program. You may pick up a copy at the Manassas or Woodbridge Senior Center, or the Central Office of the Agency on Aging.

EXCHANGE WRISTBAND: Redeem the wristband at Pick Up Location (L'Enfant Plaza) using your confirmation paper. Hop on hop off with the wristband.
RESCHEDULE: To reschedule your Twilight and Mount Vernon Tour, please go to our website or contact customer service at (202) 339-0333. Please note that purchased Twilight and Mount Vernon tickets can only be rescheduled once.
NON-REFUNDABLE, Except in the event that DC Trails is unable to operate a service throughout the period of the validity of your ticket through circumstances totally within its control, you shall be entitled to a full or partial refund of the price of your ticket.
ACTIVITY TAKES PLACE RAIN OR SHINE: The activity runs regardless of weather conditions. In the rare situation where the seller is forced to cancel the event, ticket-holders will be allowed to reschedule to another time (subject to availability).
ALL MINORS MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY A PAYING ADULT: All riders under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a paying adult in order to board the bus.
A refund will only be given if there is someone on the “standby list” to take your space, or in the event that the Tour Coordinator can secure a full refund from the vendor.

In the event that you need to cancel your reservation, please call the Quality Tour and speak with one of the agents handling the Bluebird Tours program. All cancellations are subject to an administrative fee of $5.00 for day trips and $10.00 for overnight trips. The Bluebird Tour Program highly suggests Trip Cancellation Insurance for the longer more costly trips.
